Emma Milton

Pre-school Manager

Emma lives with her husband and two boys. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends. In April 2018 she joined Pre-school after being a parent helper. Emma has worked in childcare since leaving school. She has a NVQ in Childcare Education Level 2 and a NVQ in Childcare Learning and Development Level 3. She also has basic child protection, food and hygiene and is paediatric first aid trained.

Christine Levett

Office Manager

Christine lives with her husband, her twin boys and the family dog Bruno. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading and swimming. Christine joined the committee when her two boys were at Haddenham Pre-school and remained on the committee after they went to primary school before taking on the role as Finance Assistant in September 2024. Most recently in January 2026 she has expanded her hours and has taken the job as Office Manager. She holds a qualification as European Management Assistant and is AAT Level 4 qualified.

Debbie Fordham

Pre-school Practitioner

Debbie has lived in Haddenham most of her life, she has a grown-up son and two dogs. She trained at Wisbech College and obtained  her Level 3 Childcare qualification. Since then Debbie has been a live in nanny, a childminder and 20  years ago joined Haddenham Pre-school. Debbie has said she loves working at the Pre-school as we are all like one big happy family. Debbie joined the team in May 2006. She has completed a City and Guilds in Family and Community Care and First Aid. Debbie has completed her Diploma in Pre-school Practice (DPP) and has a Child Protection Level 1, Paediatric First Aid, Health and Hygiene Level 2 and a course in Engaging Boys. 

Diane Langley

Deputy Manager

Diane joined the team in September 2020. Diane was awarded her National Nursery Examination Board (NNEB) qualification in 1986 and became a nanny, and a few years later became Mum of two children. Since 1997 Diane has worked in Pre-schools. Diane adores working at Pre-school and finds it incredibly rewarding seeing children progress. Diane has said she feels very proud knowing that the children move onto school ready and excited about their next adventure at "new school". Diane has completed many courses in childcare, including Child Protection Level 1, Food and Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid.

Joanne Gothard

Pre-school Practitioner

Jo joined the team in January 2022 as a 1:1 practitioner. Jo has two sons, one who attended Haddenham Pre-school in recent years, and Jo was a parent helper during this time. Jo is Level 3 qualified and holds Child Protection and Food and Hygiene. Jo also has great knowledge of Makaton. Jo is also the Beaver Scout leader in Haddenham village. 

Vicky Papworth

1:1 Practitioner

Vicky joined Haddenham Pre-school in October 2023 as a 1:1 Practitioner. Vicky is Level 3 qualified and holds Basic Child Protection. Vicky has many years experience working within other settings and with SEN children. Vicky has a family of her own and been a parent helper at the setting in the past.

Angela Houston

1:1 Practitioner

Angie joined Haddenham Pre-school in September 2023 as a 1:1 Practitioner. Angie has a N.N.E.B qualification and has many years experience working with children in early years and also in the care industry. Angie has a great understanding of children with SEN being a mother of a SEN child herself. Angie has attended Makaton training and holds Child Protection and Food and Hygiene training.

David Hammond

Pre-School Cleaner

David joined Haddenham Pre-school as our relief cleaner during Covid and took on the permanent role in April 2023. David supports the Pre-school in fundraising events and keeps our setting spick and span!
