November Gruffalo Hunt!

This term, we have been looking at some of the Julia Donaldson stories with the children.  A particular favourite is The Gruffalo!  

The Butterfly children were all very excited to head out on a Gruffalo hunt last week to find the mouse, fox, owl, snake, and Gruffalo in Haddenham!  The children searched under the leaves, behind the trees, and even under the logs.  There were lots of smiles as they found each character.  On returning to school they ate scrambled snake and roasted fox (or to you and me, scrambled egg and sausages)!
